How much does shipping cost for large furniture items?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on item weight and size. White-glove delivery, which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal, is available for a flat rate on all oversized furniture orders.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
You can return most decor and lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.
Do you offer fabric swatches for sofas and upholstered chairs?
Yes, we understand the importance of texture and color. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the perfect match for your home.
Are your lighting products compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our modern lighting fixtures are compatible with dimmable LED bulbs and smart home switches. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for specific technical details.
How do I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large freight shipments, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Do you provide assembly services for your furniture?
Many of our items arrive fully assembled. For products requiring assembly, we offer an optional professional assembly service at checkout for an additional fee, or you can follow the included step-by-step guides.
