Description

Throughout his life, the moonlit sky served as a muse for Italian lighting master Gino Sarfatti, and that luminous satellite inspired Model 2042 and its siblings in the circa-1959 Le Sfere range. Astep, the Copenhagen brand headed by his grandson Alessandro, revives the globe design in a ceiling fixture with 3 or 6 of the signature opaline blown-glass orbs. Held in place by a metal ring formation, they illuminate all kinds of spaces with a radiant ambient glow akin to their astral counterpart.
